Oh okay, yeah I was in a similar situation at my unit when I was trying to get a waiver for my Specialist.

We were both PFC, but I had a higher PT score (290/300), shot better than him (39/40) and the lowest ranking guy in my company with a badge (Air Assault) but they still chose him over me. I was like whatever lol


Dang yeah I mean my ot score was alright 250/300 better than his, 40/40 and just because he showed improvement he got the promotion. I was mad as heck about it.

Yeah it is what it is, just try to get badges or something. I think the EFMB is what you guys aim for so just get that. E1-4 is automatic anyways

When I clocked out of work it started to be great.
I work in a restaurant and in the mornings we only have 1 server and we were mad busy.
I was hella stressed but anything for that cash flow $$$.
