im thinking of playing games at 1080p medium like Battlefield 3/4

Doubt you will run BF3/4 at 1080p in a budget build like that bud.

R7 240 pretty much isn't going to handle any game at 1080p, especially not Battlefield.

Putting a 3TB HDD in a sub $400 PC is also a poor idea. Spending more on HDD than literally every other component in the system is illogical. Also, you should be able to get a GTX 1050 for a similar price to an RX 460, and the 1050 is a good bit better.
