Im looking for the cheapest build possible that you can create that is also able to be later upgraded.
Until i am able to upgrade the pc i will only be using the pc for games like CSGO and Gmod and watching youtube videos. Heres everything you may need.

Budget & Currency: 400$ budget. Currency is USD.

Peripherals & Monitor: All covered. I have an old monitor that can push up to 720p and i can buy a 15 dollar keyboard from wal-mart or something to hold me over until I can buy a razer blackwidow : )

Games: CS:GO and GMOD

Aesthetics: Any.

I wont need an OS, ill just buy the key and download the files onto a usb and do all that jazz
