So I have little brother you likes to play my pc some times, the other day he start hacking a on mw2 client he got quickly banned, Is there anyway i can change my whole PC IP to something new, any help would be great , that mw2 client was the only thing i liked to play

Change Ip Yes, will it help your situation no,,

To change ip, contact internet provider.
If Dynamic IP restart router
( Everything = New Router )

to be honest even changing his mac address isn't going to help his situation if he hacked on a game and is banned now, changing won't help, neither will changing IP XD

Well there always a way around everything. Changing the mac address and restarting internet should work. But becareful when changing mac address to.

Edit also try a VPN if doesn't work
