Im trying to do recoveries and it wont let me download profiles it will start to download then i get an error
"sorry, something's wrong with your Microsoft account"

I've tried rebooting and switching stealths and it didnt fix it anyone know what i can do to fix it???

You might need to verify it. Sign into xbox.com and type in the verification code.

I was getting that error before too. Though my account was suspended. I doubt that is what's happening here if you were able to sign into xbox.com. Try clearing your cache and unplug your xbox for a few seconds and give it a try again.
