To be fair, you are running 7+ year old hardware and a mix of others in terms of GPU.
Overclock the CPU to 3.6-8 overclock the GPU slightly. Close any and all tasks. DDR2 is way out dated, but not many games are "RAM intense" so it is fine.
Lower your game settings some ETC.

Download HWMonitor and post a screencap of what your temps are when gaming and when at idle.

When i build my comp i bought a motherboard with a cpu already on the motherboard and i never cleaned the thermal paste and the paste was all gross so i cleaned it up and im back to good gaming thanks everybody!!
