Many know it's between Russ and Harden at this point, who are you voting for?

I've heard plenty say harden deserves it more than westbrook and the other way around but what do you guys think? Will we see our first co MVP's ever this year?

If Russ averages the triple double for the season I think he will get it

I think co-MVP would dilute the award, only one of them should get the award. Harden stands the higher chance of winning as the history shows lower seeded teams NEVER have had a player win MVP. Harden's Rockets are 3rd in the West and hold the 3rd best record in the league, while Westbrook's Thunder are 6th in the West. The only way I could see Westbrook taking it is if he hits 42 Triple-doubles, then it might be possible for him to get it.

Why should Harden win it?

I feel Harden will win MVP just because how good Houston is actually doing this year compared to OKC, but I want Westbrook to win MVP. He's consistently been a beast this year.

Harden makes a greater percentage of shots, has more assists, takes less shots and still puts up equivalent numbers Westbrook averages 5 more shots per game than harden and only averages 3 more points than him... 5 shots for 3 points... Get outta here with Lebron this and that yeah hes a tank but hes not up for mvp noodle head

Lol i honestly dont have a response to noodle head so cheers for that. I mean yeah his statlines are better than Lebron's i just feel like fg%, 3pfg%, turnovers, defense, turnovers again, and overall impact on team should give Lebron the edge. If Lebron really is out of the running for MVP, then harden for sure.

Well, Harden's team is ranked higher, but Westbrook is having a record season.

THE DUDE AVERAGES A TRIPLE DOUBLE PER GAME.

Would be the second player to ever do that at the end of a season. That alone should be enough to get MVP in my opinion.

The reason I think this is because MVP is a seasonal award... Westbrook is just going the extra mile this season. I think Harden is better overall and I would pick him instead of Westbrook if I was making a team.
