Yeah I feel you, I'll be 20 next month but I still look like a 16 year old kid with daddy issues.

At my job we have to ask for ID if the person "looks younger than 50" im not even **** kidding you, its a dumb rule. Anyway, a lady came through my line I could clearly tell she was about 40, BUT COMPANY POLICY SAYS I HAVE TO ASK FOR YOUR **** ID... so I said "can I see your ID please" she replies "are you serious" and I said "yeah, its policy I have to" long story short she got super pissed with me like was raising her voice and called a manager over and filed a complaint with corporate which I dont know what happened to that complaint, if it went through I couldnt care less.

Just thought I would share, I hate this too. When I shave I look I guess younger? So when I go to buy cigs sometimes the cashier will make some dumbshit comment like that, most of the time they will see my tattoos and STILL say some bland dad joke. Oh well, such is life.

Same boat, if I was a bit taller I probably wouldn't get ID'd. It doesn't happen often though as I don't go out and buy much, just the occasional lotto ticket. But it does annoy me.

I get ID all the time whether its to get beer or cigars. I am 21 but i look 16 and i always get asked are you sure this is a real ID and i usually just laugh. But most of the time i get the " You'll enjoy looking young later in life" remark when getting things.

I never really had this problem.

I was able to buy cigarettes from most places by age 16, and ur not even legally supposed to buy them at that age.

Just depends on voice pitch, maturity, facial hair/ tattoos.

I actually got asked for my ID two days ago after trying to buy a lotto ticket and im 23. But take it as a compliment man
