So far, I'd say add a 240-256GB SSD and wait for AMD's RX 500 series to launch and grab an RX 580. You might need a new case and/or PSU though, don't know yet.

I'd definitely upgrade that case. If you don't care about the way your system looks too much, you could just get a Cooler Master N200 or Silencio or something. I'd probably invest in a tempered glass case at this point if you do care about aesthetics though. S340 Elite, or better yet an Eclipse P400S TG would be a good fairly cheap(for tempered glass) option. Definitely get an SSD.

I wouldn't get a GPU right now since the RX 500 series should be out pretty soon, so I'd recommend getting an RX 580 when they release. If you really want an upgrade asap, you could just get an RX 480 now. The 580s are most likely going to perform similar to 480s anyway, just some tweaks here and there. Your CPU is fine, you could maybe look at an upgrade to a Ryzen 5 chip since that will offer slightly better performance in games, but a lot better performance in everything else. As well as the fact Ryzen CPUs are all unlocked so you can overclock. Again though, your current CPU really is fine for gaming so an upgrade shouldn't be necessary.

When does the RX 580 release? i fine with waiting i have time, and my gpu isnt too shitty at the moment. Also, you think this case would be fine?

I'd recommend spending a bit more for the tempered glass version, like I said. I'd also recommend the Phanteks Eclipse P400(S) over the S340, it's a better case. However the S340 is a perfectly fine alternative if that's what you want.
