Ehh i havent seen a tweet or havent ran into anyone on ranked so idk either way its pretty dumb pc players have a huge advantage if they know how to play.

thats incorrect i laydown in my bed using kb/m on my pc(youll still have the same aiming as you should sitting down unless your arms are bad) which where it should stay on consoles its pointless and no body should use them on there but yeah games like dota lol and csgo(all 3 toxic community) you cant really do it well you can with dota and lol but csgo those kids make fun of themselves, moral is you can laydown with kb and m but you would need a bed tray for the mouse or mouse pad other then that controllers for all console gaming.
