Hey everyone I am looking to get a new Graphics Card right now I have a GTX 745 I am wanting a 970 Founders Edition but i am on a huge budget where I can't spend lots of money but I can pay monthly payments so please let me know a good Legit site where I can buy it thanks everyone,

Not a smart move really. That's how you end up way overpaying. Just save money for a couple of months and buy a GPU when you have the money.

Keep in mind, there is no founders edition GTX 970, just reference cards. They're shit anyway. There's also zero reason to buy a GTX 970 now, especially a 'new' one.

Also, keep in mind you have a GTX 745 currently, which I'm almost certain is an OEM card only so it sounds like you have a pre-built, which likely has a shitty case and PSU. So, you're going to want to make sure your case and PSU are sufficient for any GPU upgrade you're looking at.
