I think it all depends. I've had 12 bans total on my account, 7 are for cheating and the others are communication bans and that's on a 4 year account

I'm pretty sure it's all based on the seriousness of whatever you get caught doing. So if you get caught doing something like scamming, that could get you permanently banned faster than if you were just doing something like talking trash to people in a game.

I'm not entirely sure, I've been console banned about 4 times and one of those times i only had 1 account permanently banned so i think it just depends on what it was for
