From racing in the snow, or in the forest, or even on mountains, i think this is going to be an all round good racing game, What you you guys think, will you be buying this game ?
Our first official gameplay trailer for DiRT 4 has landed! Want to see more of the breadth, excitement and challenge that DiRT 4 will throw at players? Just take a look at this.
The new trailer features the absolute banger Instigators, by Grace Potter - one of the songs from the amazing in-game soundtrack that has been created for DiRT 4 in an exclusive partnership with Globe, Universal Music UKs in-house sync team.
The agreement with Globe will see over 40 licensed tracks appear throughout the game, matching DiRTs unique style and tone, and includes exclusive tracks from artists such as The Amazons, Sigma, Freak and Pretty Vicious alongside tracks from The Chemical Brothers, Disclosure, Queens Of The Stone Age and Bastille.
Gameplay
Dirt 4 is a racing video game focused on rallying. Players compete in timed stage events on tarmac and off-road terrain in varying weather conditions. Rally stages span five locations: Fitzroy in Australia, Tarragona in Spain, Michigan in the United States, Vrmland in Sweden and Powys in Wales. Cars are drawn from a wide variety of competition classes and time periods, such as the Group B cars of the 1980s, Group A and Group N cars from the 1990s and 2000s, and Group R cars from the 2010s. The game will not feature World Rally Cars or any elements associated with the World Rally Championship. Dirt 4 also introduces a new feature called "Your Stage" that procedurally generates rally stages based on a setting and parameters that the player defines. As the game does not feature any licenced content for its rally mode, Your Stage will be used to generate all of the stages that the player drives on in career mode.
The game will feature rallycross racing and carry a FIA World Rallycross Championship license. It includes five rallycross circuits: Lydden Hill Race Circuit in Great Britain, Hljesbanan in Sweden, Lnkebanen in Norway, the Circuit de Lohac in France, Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in Spain and the Pista Automvel de Montalegre in Portugal. Both rallycross Supercars and RX Lites will be included. The game also features multiplayer and cross-platform leaderboards. Landrush mode will return, featuring stadium trucks and buggy racing, with stages from locations in California, Nevada and Mexico. Just like its predecessor Dirt Rally, Dirt 4 will include Steam Workshop for the PC version. Dirt 4 will also see the return of the popular Dirt 3 mode "Joyride" which features multiplayer mini games. Dirt 4 will build upon the team management systems introduced in Dirt Rally and Grid Autosport, with the player hiring personnel to repair the car, oversee the day-to-day operations, and boost the team's profile to secure new sponsors. Players will also be able to buy and sell new and used cars, with previous results and accident histories affecting the resale value of the car.

Hopefully this brings a game that's mixed between DiRT Rally and DiRT 3, as I loved aspects from both games..
