Underglow isn't bad as long as it's a subtle color or goes with the cars appearance

in his case of it was a solid white I'd understand but you never wanna over due it with the underglow because then in my opinion out here you'd look like a ricer

The car doesn't have LEDs currently but it's like one of the first and cheapest things to do rn and I wouldn't go under glow I'd only do interior leds

So just a quick Update, I'm getting a stage 2 Remap done on the 26th and then on the 27th I'm off for 50 mile car meet cruise

Definitely do coilovers before getting wheels. You don't want your car to be looking like a 4x4 because of wide wheels and no suspension or camber kit on it. Trust me.

I think I'll do coils and wheels and brakes in one big purchase, and install them all at once too

That's actually a really good idea. Doing all three of those in one bang would save you a lot of time. In reference to the LED lights underneath your car, there are some things called "puddle lights". Google them and see what you think, they're subtle.
