Keep going back and complaining if you have any friends that have seen this have them go with you to the office and cause a scene. We almost got a kid expelled in HS cause we got about 30 people to go to the office and just throw a fit cause this dude was doing this stuff. OP: Someone can correct me on this but if you're a male, I don't think another guy squeezing your nipples is sexual assault. It's bullying and harassment but I don't think you would really be able to fight against it as being sexual harassment. I'm just going really far out with this so take it with a grain of salt, but I guess your only defense against it with being sexual harassment/assault is if the bully is attracted to guys and is touching you that way to bully you and for his own sexual excitement. I would get your parents involved because your school isn't going to do anything. If you have any marks, have your parents take pictures and threaten to sue the school, show them the pictures saying these will be handed with the lawsuit. I would also advise maybe recording on your phone when you're walking down the hall and/or in class when near him, just so you have more proof if you go the route of suing.

If you're female, just straight up get the police involved. You've already stated you've been pushed up against your locker and have had your breasts/nipples touched. Waiting around for it to stop or for the school to do something isn't going to work and can become dangerous if you continue to wait. I don't want to just push fear into you, but if he's strong enough to keep you pinned against a locker and do this type of sexual ass4ault, if he gets the mind to do so, he can easily go further with it. I would also advise after this all over, to take some sort of self defense class. You don't have to master it, a lot of guys who try to take advantage of women expect them to be weak or just submit; if you get the surprise factor plus with the fact that you have been trained, you won't be having these issues ever again and no one will want to test you. You could also sue with this, but I would be pushing more for actual legal action before going for the law suit.

Also no, a school can't force you to pay a fine for not doing your work. It would be different if you destroyed property, but not doing your work isn't a fine. They could try to fine your parents but that wouldn't go far. The only type of fine I have heard of schools issuing is for vandalism, missing or stolen property or students who ditch school a lot.
