soo after i applied the dash update i need to to connect to xbl to download the avatar update but i cant connect when i do the test connection i disabled the blockxbl thing in dashlauch

try a new stealth server

restart your xbox

make sure you saved the Launch.ini files with the liveblock etc disabled
