Ok so i got my rgh out of the boot loop, i try to edit my plugins from dashlaunch and from my pc but when i restart.. the plugins reset to what they were

When you edit the plugins in dashlaunch, click RB then hover over HDD (or whatever you use as your drive) click X to save it, then click A to load it.
Then exit out and restart!

Make sure you dont have a USB plugged in with a blank launch.ini on it
