Ive got a Samsung galaxy s6 edge plus and sent it off to get sim unlocked so i could use it on any network, i picked it up today and it was working fine but when i restarted the device it will no longer boot up and just says in red in the top left hand corner "Custom binary blocked by FRP lock" ive tried putting it into recovery mode by holding down the Power-Home-Volume up button and wiping the data/factory reset, wiping the cache partition and just rebooting it but none have succeed, if anyone knows how to fix this problem please let me know asap. Thanks

Not too sure what you can do with the S6e+ still as some models are locked etc.
You're going to need to get the stock firmware for your phone, use odin to flash it. To be sure you can flash simply just hold the home button, power, and volume up/down and you should see a warning screen. If so you're good to flash.
