Apparently Microsoft has issued me a console ban.. but the team rep said it was only for a month.. well first of all The forums say that all bans are permanent.. and the weirdest thing is i can still go online and play all games except for Rainbow (which initiated the live chat)

Is there any way that they are just seeing that my RGH is banned?

Well if you have an RGH just get a new KV

If you can boot up your Xbox one and go online then it's not a console ban.

confused by your question due to poor wording.... assuming by Rainbow you mean Rainbow 6 on Xbox One?

If thats what you mean then yes your Xbox One CAN be banned if your RGH gets console banned. Especially if you use both on the same home network. Its called IP Banning, which in terms if that HAS happened and you have OTHER xbox consoles in your house, THEY "can" or "will" be console banned also.

If you are saying your RGH got banned, than just add another KV to the harddrive and go back online.
