okay i personally think it comes out on the 24th...
here are my reasons:

there is a calendar with the map of germany behind double tap...
there are 4 consecutive thursdays of september circled...

now here's my theory about it...

in the transmission underground (under quick-revive) the guy says "we will continue for 7 years" but instead of that it is 7 weeks....
if you look at a calendar 7 weeks after the realease of map pack 3 is 24th of september...
also they have done the maps quicker and quicker.... Map Pack 1 -> Map Pack 2 was 11 weeks, Map Pack 2 -> Map Pack 3 was 8 weeks...
they can surely do it in 7....

wow my bad i just felt like i needed to post this since i have tried making connections between easter eggs for the past 3 and a half hours.... scouted the map up and down and all i could find was this and the wooden planks which is in my other post....
EDIT: can you post a link to it becuase i only found one and it doesn't specify which day or explain it as detailed as i have....
