I once sold something for Bitcoin and I still have it in my Bitcoin wallet because every time I try to send it to another wallet to be able to sell the Bitcoin for real money, it never transfers because the fee is too low but I can't make it higher either. Really frustrating, got about $20 in Bitcoin that I can't even use.

Just try sending $15 worth of BTC. See if it will transfers then. What wallet are you using?

The money is in Coinspace. Let me see if the last transaction I tried to make ever canceled itself out so I can try only sending $15.
