Depending if it has the quick release mechanism for the wheels.

I wouldn't assume so. Nor would I recommend tbh. Not a bike that you want to be doing "stunts" on

I don't think it would really work, I mean you can put pegs in any bike but I wouldn't recommend doing it to the bike on the picture

I wouldn't bother putting pegs on if I were you, they're only useful for grinds and that is it.
Buy a bmx if you want to do anything of that kind.
