So I'm looking for the best laptop you can get for £170 and it can be second hand or referbished from eBay idc but it needs to be used for graphics like photoshop and cinema 4d

That's definitely going to be hard and IMO I think that you will end up regretting not saving up a little more to get a more reliable and powerful laptop.
