Hey guys, I recently received a HP Pavilion laptop for college. I am currently having a problem w/ my laptop's sound. Every time i play music, it'll slowly decrease the music. It's also on windows 10.

Have you messed with any bios settings? if not

Right click the Speaker icon in the bottom right corner.
Click Playback Devices.
Click Speakers.
Click properties.
Click the Advanced tab on the Properties window.
Change the Default Format drop-down to the highest quality.
Apply the properties.
Click OK to close the properties window. Restart your Notebook and try the sound.

Did that plenty of times, ended up having to update the sound driver. It's odd since the laptop is brand new.
