for those who remember BLUR will know what im talking about and im confused as to who created that game and published

If your referring to that arcade racing game with power ups, I believe they weren't plan on making another one as the company that created it went out of business or something. I'm not sure as I remember reading a article about that particular company

iv'e never played a blur game before, nor has my friends mentioned it, its kind of like me saying, jet set radio future should get a remake because it was popular, when many people don't remember it.
just had to be at the right age at the right time i guess.
