Can somone give me the best advice on how to mod bo2 properly on my Xbox 360 console and not get banned .

A good stealth server. Most free stealth servers are bad from what I've read.

xbOnline is a good stealth server

Get a fresh KV

BO2 Bypass

and you should be good to go
