I would recommend Streamah hes cheap, fast and reliable, and he pre loads the HDDs with all the needed files so his consoles are noob friendly.

By preloaded I'm sure he means the basic xexmenu, fsd, dashlaunch etc.. which you also do.

Correct, also Streamahs thread states this. He doesnt pre load games.
