Weird Pop Up on RGH

So I was playing on my RGH and I get this X-Notify saying "Hacked By: Skankhunt42" which scared the crap out of me, I had something like this happen before with the "Bo2Spoofer.xex" saying "Xbox RAT By OSM" so i immediately removed the xex off of the console and never had a problem again, until today.. any idea on what it could be?

Skankhunt42 is the name of Kyle's dad's (from South Park) internet trolling character. Don't know how real that xNotify is though.

pretty sure there is no way of getting a rat, you must of trolled us all and did a custom x notify.

That could only be possible if someone was to have a tool in order to connect to your RGH using your cpu key then sens the xnotify, really don't know how it would work though. That's just what I think

Exactly what im saying, and I have no reason to troll, idk what advantage somebody could have with hacking a RGH? i assume a kv stealer or something
