What currency are you using? £700-800 gbp
Do you have any peripherals such as a monitor, keyboard, mouse? Upgrading to a 120hz monitor currently only have a 50hz 1080p. Got keyboard and headset
Do you plan to Overclock your CPU? no
Any specific games you plan to play? comp csgo so looking for high fps/ also play h1z1 and battlegrounds
Any aesthetics you care about such as LEDs, tempered glass, colour scheme for your build? i'd like a nice looking build but to save money im not that fussed
Is the build going to be used for anything else other than gaming such as work/school work, photo/video editing or music production? no
Do you already have an OS or will you need that? will need one

For what reason?
AMD is better in multithreaded workloads, optimization is getting better as well. 120hz can easily be handled by an AMD card as well.
You aren't going to get a great system within this range considering the i5, and Ryzen 5/7 has been more updated. No sense in paying Intel's premium for better single core performance and IPC. Right now isn't the best time to consider GPU's really either with AMD being sold out in most cases on their newer cards, as well as Nvidia being sold out in their lower 1060-70 ranges due to crypto mining. So your best bet would be Ryzen so you aren't spending a fortune on something that will be par, or sub par (certain tasks) to a AMD system.

PUBG doesn't require much to run smoothly, but keep in mind if you are getting an 120hz monitor, it will need more to keep that frame rate. H1Z1 can be resource intensive as well, but that is a different story depending on what settings you're expecting.
CSGO uses up to 8 cores/threads, I.E my Ryzen system uses 4/8 and really only utilizes the first four cores.

I'd recommend buying a used GPU since mid ranged GPUs like the RX 570, RX 580, and GTX 1060s are all over-priced and pretty tough to find right now. I've seen GTX 970s going for £120-140 so something like that would be a good option. You should be able to get an R9 390(x) for a similar price to a GTX 970, and I've included a Freesync 144Hz monitor, so you really should get an R9 390(x) over a GTX 970, if you can. With the GPU, you'll be about £50 over the £800 budget, but that's including monitor.
