So your not a kid anymore, your grown with many regrets on what you should've done as a kid but didn't. What advice would you give a kid that you wish somebody gave you? What would you tell him to do before he regrets?

To just do it and not care what people think, before it's too late

I would tell them that regret and guilt are feelings that they will need to get used to quickly.
Don't do enough? You have regret.
Do whatever you want and hurt people by accident? You have guilt.
Finding the happy middle in every situation is near enough impossible.
Better to learn to live with regret and guilt than try to be a perfect human and fail miserably.

Hm... Never to try to act like something they're not.
During middle school, I tried to act like the tough kid and be an ass to all the teachers and my classmates found it funny but that's not really worth getting about 100+ hours of detention, suspended once and almost expelled.
Also, to never stop going to social events just to stay home and play videogames. I spent most of my middle school as well sitting in my room, doing nothing while my friends were out enjoying life, meeting people and having FUN. I was having fun as well but once I got to high school and switched schools, I was pretty much a loner for the first three weeks or so.
SOCIAL MEDIA ISN'T EVERYTHING. During the beginning of my high school year, Facebook was all that. I dedicated my life to having more Facebook friends, feeling like they were friends I had made in real life. They're not, most of the people who added you on Facebook at that time just wanted more friends. I met everybody through Facebook but when it was time to meet them in person, I was a nervous wreck because I had no social skills whatsoever.
If you feel like you need emotional help, GET IT. There's no time to waste when you're feeling extremely down in the dumps and having suicidal thoughts. There's help out there, you just have to find it.
