How can I mod my gamer score and tenure without getting banned or reset

Impossible, there is always a chance to get reset or banned with modding especially Gamerscore. You also have to think if it's worth that risk because all your current achievements will get locked so you'll never be able to get them again.

As Nodus said it's pretty much impossible, there is always that risk however my friend has modded his gamerscore to 60,000 without a ban
