hi mate, what do you mean by 'Going into IT Security' though? No offence but I've seen a lot of posts of people saying that and what they mean is that they're just leaving school and are thinking about doing IT security at college because they think hacking is amazing. so your question ranges from what I've just said to Graduate in Systems Security and going into employment. A little more detail in your background might help people give you better advice suited for yourself.

I am going to school for IT security and I will be working and a business that will train and put me to work in the field. Im simply asking those who are in the same field of work for any Tips.

Boring, just as boring as been a programmer. Same old stuff. I work 1st line on a support desk. Great job and great money.

Whether you'll enjoy it or not depends on what kind of person you are. I personally could never work a "desk job" as I am a very hands on person and like working with physical things, hence why I enjoy working on hardware
