The 780 ti is the higher performing card out of the two.

GTX 780Ti is more akin to GTX 1060 3GB performance, so the 780Ti is the better performing card. However, the GTX 1050Ti is significantly newer, more efficient, and easier to find. If they're the same price, the 780Ti is the better bet if you really need as much performance as possible and have a pretty good system with a decent PSU. Otherwise, I'd just get the 1050Ti.
