13 wrote You can't update the BIOS on the motherboard yourself if it has an old BIOS and does not support the Kaby Lake Pentium G4560 out of the box. This isn't likely, but it is possible, hence why you should ask whichever vendor you purchase the motherboard from to update it for you, if possible. As for where you can find new BIOS revisions, etc;

Also, the list you've posted with the 2TB HDD and 1TB HDD, why? Why not just get a single 3TB HDD? It's cheaper. Or, what you should really do, is just get one HDD, either the 1TB or 2TB and add an SSD alongside the HDD, either a 120/128GB SSD or a 240-256GB if you can manage it. Then you can easily add more storage later if you still need it. But, it's much more convenient to get an SSD when you're building your system so you can get your OS on there, and what not.
Just curious, do i actually need to update the bios? like can i not use it as it is, also im not actually buying them hdds they're what i pulled out of my old pc and are sat right next to me. can you suggest a good ssd to get? i was thinking about getting this one [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
