There are a lot of online classes that teach you some specifics about programming. I remember taking a class online for about $10 for 30 days I believe. It had some nice and detailed videos, but I just got tired of everything so gave up on it.

There are literally tons of resources online to help you learn. There's also lots of paid classes which you can participate in. There's so many ways to learn how to code. Even YouTube!

Im currently doing a computer science degree and the market is crazy for people here in ireland most dont even finish the course they are taken by companys in their 3rd year.

This time last year I was the same as you I knew nothing about programming or web development, I decided I wanted to go into web development, I've been studying web design and development at college and now I am confident in HTML, CSS and PHP.

It takes time to learn but its awesome when you start to get the basics down.
