Howdy tech wizards, I am looking for some advice on a computer that I would be looking to run solely GTA 5 and the mod LSPDFR.

Budget: $400 USD
Do you need a monitor?: No
Do you need a keyboard?: No
Do you need a mouse?: No
Do you need an OS?: No
Do you need anything?: Yes, I would like a build for the whole PC. (Case, CPU, everything.)
What will you use the PC for?: Like I said above, I would mainly use the PC for GTA 5 and LSPDFR, and maybe some small plugins for the mod.

I have never had a computer that could run any game haha, so anything you guys can suggest would be awesome. Thanks!

CPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($78.77 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($46.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($59.88 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($109.35 @ Amazon)
Case: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($26.99 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($34.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $356.97

I've left out storage so you can sort that yourself. I'd recommend getting a 120/128GB SSD and adding an HDD later when you have some more money. However, if you absolutely require more storage than that immediately, you might just have to get a 1TB HDD.

The GT 1030, would be a good replacement, if he wanted to save the extra, for a LP card it performs fairly well at 1080p.

Not sure on the motherboard, but apart from that,

Good build.

I recommend the 1TB HDD option. GTA 5 is known for using up more than 60 GB of space. Also 120 GB SSDs don't actually store 120 GB. Windows 10 OS is around 20 GB, clean install.

Motherboard is perfectly adequate, it's not great by any means but it's for a $400 system.

As for storage, a 120/128GB SSD is going to give him 90-100GB of storage after OS is installed. That's enough for GTA V and some room to spare. That's definitely the better option, and he can add an HDD later. Since it's much easier to get the SSD first, get the OS on it and add an HDD later. However, if he specifically requires more than 30GB of extra capacity after OS and GTA V is installed, he'll have to get an HDD instead. Unless he has some spare HDD(s) somewhere, which most people do.
