If anyone can skype me I can provide more info to what I'm stuck at... I'm sure you guys know what to do here but I'm seriously stuck and need some help thanks!

I basically don't know where to plugin the wires from the case into the motherboard

Il assume they'll be the ones which provide you with your power on, HDD LED and reset buttons.
Refer to your motherboard manual to do so. It'll explain where everything needs to go.
Else, take pics and upload them here if its other cables. But I'm fairly sure your Motherboard manual will have all the information and pictures.

It seems like you have internet so you should be able to go to the manufactures website and download a copy of it.
