@-Deano you know we need info before recommending builds.
@OP;
Aesthetics? (panels, LEDs, color schemes)
What games other then destiny/bf/OW do you actually plan to play?
Any special requests? (form factors, ETC)
Overclocking? (pretty standard at this point)
Any specific details on the style of monitor you want? (bezel-less, ultrawide, 4k, 1440p, (sizes ETC))

If possible can you use ukpcpartpicker because it kind of awkward getting parts into Ireland because some sites won't deliver to Ireland

I'll redo a build with UK pcpartpicker when I am at my pc. I'm assuming you are happy for 900 to be converted to whatever budget in £ then

3GB GTX 1060 is your best bet for a mid ranged GPU at this point, unfortunately. RX 470/570, RX 480/580 are overpriced and almost impossible to find, and 6GB GTX 1060s are also still pretty hard to find. You might be better off buying a used GPU, either a GTX 970, GTX 980, or an R9 390(x) if you can find one for £200-225, or less.
