I am on wifi, there is no way to run a cable to my modem from where I am located.

Here is a speedtest I ran:

I am with AT&T.

Any ideas on a fix?

Not sure if I can link another site but here's a reddit post that should help.

Yeah I read through that and didn't benefit from it.

Note: I have a constant 20ish ping in game at all times.

Doesn't look like it's something to do with your internet. Are you sure you're running on a server that is optimal for your location?

Yes. I am running on US East.

Have you experienced this with other games?

Here's a couple of things you could try;
- Verify integrity of local game cache
- [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] I believe this website is good for detecting packet loss, run a test and see if you experience any packet loss on here. If not then it's 100% Rocket League.
- Close Rocket League, go into the game logs and find the server IP, trying going into cmd (as admin) and 'ping ip' I believe this will also show any visible packet loss.

Overall it sounds like it's happening to a couple of people now and then and it's a server side issue.

Downloaded WinMTR and traced a few IPs Dirkened (Developer) supplied to me.

You got any network equipment in your home? Managed switch/firewall?

Ring your ISP and tell them to refresh the connection at the local exchange box as you're experiening high amounts of latency, it's a 10 minutes job on their end.

Any further issues let me know.

You could try resetting your router then running cmd as administrator, type ipconfig /flushdns, repeat this command 3 times. It may work but probably not, if not ring your ISP.

Flushing DNS wouldn't do a thing :p

Getting packet loss has nothing to do with domain name services :p
