Had at least 3 customers this week tell me they will sue me lol. You have to stay professional but some customers make me want to destroy them in every way possible especially if you're talking to them every day.

Great example would be my topic this morning, I had it closed immediately so I can take a break, literally fed up with ignorance, demanding and disrespectful people

I don't understand how some people have the nerve to be rude and disrespectful towards employees. I don't get it, but they can catch these hands after work anytime. I don't care if it's a women talking smack too, I'll call up a girl to beat her ass.

I used to work for McDonald's and would get so many complaints for stuff that wasn't my fault or even for the smallest things, people can be so picky.

A lady today waited 15 minutes for the ONE mechanic to jump over everybody who was before her and she made such a scene; screaming that "our service is terrible" and that she was going to call up one of her friends in the United States that "worked in corporate", blah blah. Annoying customers are extremely irritating but not much you can do about them except let a manager handle it when it's necessary; I usually direct them towards management because I really have no power as a "DIY Sales Associate" lol.

the worst is playing against your customers who talk ish.
i work in the pro shop at the rink i skate at during the summer and some of these guys dont know how to keep their mouth shut. its aggravating but at the same time so comical.

When I worked in the Walmart backroom, I would be pulling a pallet to the floor and have some one ask me where something was, Id tell them I do not work on the sales floor but I would find the associate for that department, they would then continue to say "You work here you should know where everything is!"
Like nah lady, I unload trucks and pull pallets, thats it.

Some people are nuts, I talk to people over the phone and they will complain and cry their hearts out. Some will take it out on you, others just want to vent. I don't take it personally but a lot of people can be rude.
