Making a build for my little brother and thought of the one linked.
It should run well on medium settings at least. Budget build bare in mind. I do not want to spend a lot on it and would like to make it cheaper if possible.
I own windows 10 so I don't have to buy it.

I take it you are using it for gaming? If so, what kind of games? If you want to save some money for now, drop the SSD. Yes they are nice, but far from essential

Hey Greg long time, good to see you bud.

Yes it's for gaming. I included the SSD to speed up load up times.

Do you think this is a good GPU for the price etc. ?

If you want something that runs well on 'medium' settings then may as well get a G4560, saving you a load on the CPU side, also no CPU cooler needed. i have G4560 with a 1060 6GB and it runs most games 1080p60 on ultra, except mirrors edge catalyst & ashes of the singularity

No. The Hyper 212 EVO is stupid. Not only is it a horrible cooler choice anyway, but the Wraith Spire which comes with the R5 1600 is perfectly adequate, especially for stock speeds. If you're planning on pushing the chip as far as you can, then a better cooler than the 212 EVO is necessary anyway. 2400MHz RAM with Ryzen is pretty pitiful considering Ryzen favours faster RAM. RX 460 in a £700+ system is pretty pathetic. It's an entry level GPU, it would be fine in a £400 system. PSU is absolute trash, and the case isn't anything special either.

From what little information you've given us, this is what I'd recommend;

Power Supply: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£45.56 @ Amazon UK)
Monitor: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (£129.99 @ Ebuyer)
Total: £748.70

Better motherboard, faster RAM, considerably better SSD. Significantly better PSU. Better case, though the Bitfenix Nova still isn't anything special. The GTX 1050Ti is a considerable improvement over an RX 460, though is still more of an entry level-low end GPU. R5 1400 will be perfectly adequate for just games, for the most part, it really depends on the games, but again you haven't given us an awful lot of information. I also included a nicer monitor, though you can get one of these if you want to stick with a simple 1080p panel and/or save some money;
