I've had two jobs while being in college: K-Mart and Advanced Auto Parts.

K-Mart was a part-time job which really didn't give me that many hours and really, it was a shitty job. I actually missed days of work without mentioning that I had to "miss work" and I got fired because of that; not exactly something to be proud of, but unemployment is better than working there.

I got a call after probably a year of having filled out the application at Advanced Auto Parts that I was to go in and have an interview... There was never an interview and I got the job anyway because the last boss was an irresponsible and messy boss. It's also a part-time job, due to college, and it's pretty okay up to now. I get paid $7.55 the hour and work anywhere from 18-24 hours per week.
