Hey everyone,
So some of you may have seen this type of thread in the past. If you have then you will understand that I like to try and gain some additional donations to my friends who take part in fundraisers for amazing causes. Let's be serious - I'm nowhere as physical as I need to be to be doing them personally. https://www.thetechgame.com/images/chat/smiles/coffee.gif
This year I would like to help out 4 friends that I have made while at Snowbombing festival in 2015. We suffered through a bus ride from hell (Mainly due to me, sorry!) but the festival was amazing and even years later we are still hanging out and having parties together!
These friends are living down in Newcastle and are going to be taking part in The 2017 Great North Run on the 10th September.
Each of my friends are donating for a separate, but equally important cause. If you have any additional money that you would be able to donate it would be hugely appreciated. If you are short for money please do not leave yourself short by donating. You can also help out by spreading the word and getting more people involved.
Every day we have people suffering and sometimes we need to unite to help each other. Charities can't survive without our support and without our support there will be people in desperate situations who can't receive the help or assistance they require.

Starting in Newcastle upon Tyne the 13.1 mile route takes runners through the city centre towards the River Tyne where thousands of people will cross over the iconic Tyne Bridge, where if you're lucky, you might get a glimpse of the Red Arrows passing overhead. From there runners will travel through Gateshead while being entertained many bands on the run. The route, lined by thousands of supporters, leads runners to South Shields where at the top of Prince Edward Road the view of the sea is one of the most welcoming sights along the whole course. From that point there is just over a mile to go and the crowds get louder as runners make their way down the final straight towards the finish gantry.

I've seen how charities work from the inside as my mum is a caseworker for a local charity, so what they are doing helps more than most know.
Big up to them and hope they all reach their goals!!!
