I'm having an issue where I try to download Black Ops 2 with Freestyle the download will stop at 6%. The status bar at the bottom just goes to the end and the download bar at the top will freeze at 6%.
Any help?

The disk condition, is it scratched or damaged in anyway?

Your disk is most likely scratched. Try cleaning it with a soft cloth and if that doesn't work then you will probably need a new disk.

It isn't in the best condition, but the game does work because I am able to play it on my retail console fine.

I'll probably have to borrow a copy from my friend. I don't want to download any ISO's

Any scratch will allow it not to download correctly, even if it works with your retail. I would either clean it, as another user suggested, get a new disk, or may just have to download an ISO.

Also, have you had any prior problems with your disk drive?

Sometimes my disk drive doesn't open on its first try and the laser has been replaced, but I don't think it is the disk drive. I'm downloading GTA V right now and so far it's been downloading fine.
