I had this issue on BO3 a while back and all I did to fix it was disconnect from the internet connection I was connected to, shut off my console and unplug it for about 10 minutes, then set up my connection again. After that everything was back to normal and working just as it should. I would recommend trying that and seeing if that fixes the issue.
