I've only just seen this email i'm guessing people missed out on these codes damn COD should of tweeted about this.

There were a lot of posts on here about it and CharlieIntel also tweeted about it. A lot of people were actually posting their codes on here which helped those who hadn't preordered the game.

Yep, you'd receive two codes from each place, eg > If you got it on callofduty.com then you'd get an email with 2 codes, if you pre-ordered it on xbox, you also received 2 codes in your xbox messages. although a lot of people found out after it was posted about.
