As with so many others i had an account banned on fifa 17 for using an autobuyer, is it likely this ban will carry over, or will it be exclusive to fifa 17 servers

It will 100% carry over.
EA states that if you have any previous actions towards your FIFA 17 account, this will effect how early you're able to play the early access + web app.
