You need to change your TV settings to either a different color setting or a different view setting (PC, Game mode, ETC) (more modern ones have this feature)

it was at 59 i just changed it to 60 but nothing really changed?
Is there a PC setting on your TV as i was looking around and i seen someone with the same issue and this seemed to help them check under the menu on your tv for a display mode
there is but for some reason the pc mode is only for vga.
