Hey guys new to this forum and I was wondering your opinions on these headsets, the ASUS Strix 7.1 (Wired) headset and the Razer ManO war (wireless) headset. I'm right now looking to get a new set because my Corsair Vengeance 1500 has served it's time and I think I should get a new one. I know I'm comparing a wired version to a wireless edition and that kinda is a big key feature but other than that what would you buy? I'm pretty interested in the Asus Strix 7.1's desktop unit...

The Man O War is a really good set of headphones. The 7.1 is digital surround sound that Razer provides through software. My only complaint is that you can hear your own voice through the set. You will also hear mice running from across the house through the mic.

I use the Kraken's, and honestly, they are all right. I have never really been a fan of Razer, and always preferred Logitech.
The g930/g430 from Logitech are both great on the price/quality ratio, only real downside is it's software controlled and they take some getting used to around the ears, and you need to buy a foam mic cover if you really want to not hear yourself breathing + limit surrounding sounds a little,
