I have justa normal mane i packed him last week and he was worth 90k but should i just sell him now for 200k? If so who should i get instead?

If you're 100% sure that you're not going to do the POTM SBC, definitely sell him.

IMO, in this stage of FIFA it isn't worth doing. He'll get a tradable, with better stats in the future.

I heard Mane is pretty good.

All jokes aside - I personally use Martial and he's insane!

Other alternatives include Sanchez, Sane & Son. I've used both Sane and Son as super subs and they're both incredible - You can't go wrong with either option.
